Tronsmart released a new TV dongle - Tronsmart T2000 EZCast Pro.Its previous version Tronsmart T1000 gained much recognition till now from it appeared. Now, let's have a look at the two TV dongle.
Tronsmart T1000 is a wireless display Mircast Dongle which supports Miracast, DLNA, Airplay and EZCAST. It has multiple supported platform like Android phones/tablets, Apple iOS iPhone/iPad, Windows PC/Note, Mac; PC/Notebook. It can play local video, music and other media files directly. Its operation system is Linux. It supports 802.11 b/g/n wifi, HDMI and Micro USB, supports 1080p/720p/480p video output. If you want to send images, videos or music to your TV from another device, if you need a multiple function TV dongle with cheap price, Tronsmart T1000 will be the best choice as its price is just 24$ now, while the new listed Tronsmart T2000 needs $40.
When comes to Tronsmart T2000, of cause, it will have stronger function than the previous version. Let's know its hardware specs first. Tronsmart T2000 uses an Actions Micro AM8251 CPU, with 256MB RAM, 128MB ROM, supports 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, supports 1080p HD video output. Comparted with the Tronsmart T1000, Tronsmart T2000 supports HDMI and MHL at the same time and give you more convenience if your TV has an MHL port. While Tronsmart T1000 only supports HDMI function. More over, Tronsmart T2000 supports connect with as many as 4 devices at once. Then you can split your display into up to 4 sections, displaying content from different sources in each quadrant.
Both the two smart TV dongle has its advantage. Tronsmart T2000 owns more new functions but the other is cheaper in price and has higher cost performance.
